A podcast archive from Tristan Katz & Lauren Roberts

ALL THE F*CK IN was a bold, values-driven podcast collaboration between Lauren Roberts and myself, running from 2020 to 2022. Across two seasons and over 40 episodes, we held space for honest, courageous conversations about entrepreneurship, activism, accountability, and what it truly means to align our work with our values.

The podcast featured educators, movement leaders, creatives, and change-makers across industries—from wellness and mental health to politics, academia, and beyond.

These conversations explored what it looks like to be all in—in our businesses, our communities, and ourselves.

This curated archive features select episodes from the original series, honoring the depth and nuance of our guests' wisdom and some of the powerful moments of learning, unlearning, and relationship-building we shared. Though the podcast is now retired, the conversations live on as a testament to the beauty of showing up with integrity, vulnerability, and purpose.

Since that initial conversation, we’ve dreamt of having Michelle back on with her dear friend and colleague, Tema Okun.

Episode 27: Re-imagining Everything with Kelley Nicole Palmer

Kelley Nicole Palmer (she/her) is a creative, a space holder, and an advocate. She brings wisdom, fire, heart, and authenticity to this conversation in a way that is sure to inspire. She gets real. In a dominant culture that teaches so many of us to stay small, to compartmentalize, and to keep our emotional experiences to ourselves, Kelley’s realness is an invitation to subvert the systems that tell us who we are so that we can discover our own innate truths. The alternate title to this episode would have probably been “Let’s be on some f*ck it with KNP!”
