Facilitation & Consulting

for Equity, Inclusion, & Cultural Competency

My equity work is rooted in an anti-oppression, intersectional, and relational practice.

With a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach, I support individuals, organizations, and teams in building more affirming, inclusive, and accountable spaces—particularly for trans, non-binary, and queer communities.

As a queer, non-binary educator and consultant, I bring both lived and learned experience to this work, offering a blend of personal perspective and professional skill. I’ve facilitated sessions across industries—including wellness, mental health, nonprofit, corporate, and educational sectors—meeting people where they are while encouraging meaningful change.

Tristan provided important learning to take me to the next level for the trans clients I work with in the therapy room and out in the world. I want everyone to attend and I want them to get paid more for their time!
